Native media reported that one individual was critically injured and two others had been critically injured.

Social media images confirmed a yellow bus with torn roofs and an emergency service employee using on the highest deck.

In X, Higher Manchester Police wrote:

“Emergency companies are at the moment on-site as a part of work in progress.

“Do not take the world as highway closures are at the moment in place.”

In a press release, the NWAS stated: “The Belief has dispatched many assets, together with 10 emergency ambulances, superior ambulances, Hazard Space Response Workforce (HART), and colleagues from Northwest Air Ambulance. The primary useful resource arrived at 15.10.

“The NWAS handled 15 sufferers who had been all taken to the Salford Royal or the Royal Manchester Infirmary.”

An unnamed witness stated he arrived on the scene about two minutes after crashing.

Transports in Higher Manchester stated the buses had been 100 companies and had been up and working on the time of the incident.
